KMS Technology acquires AI firm Addepto for global industrial push

GEORGIA, UNITED STATES, and WARSAW, POLAND — United States-based KMS Technology has acquired Addepto, an AI and data consulting provider, in a strategic move to consolidate advanced artificial intelligence (AI) capabilities with global digital engineering scale.
In a press release, KMS Technology said that the acquisition merges Addepto’s specialized industrial AI expertise with KMS’s international delivery network, aiming to accelerate the deployment of production-ready, AI-driven solutions for enterprise clients worldwide.

According to Addepto’s press release, the company will have direct access to KMS’s large network of enterprise clients in the United States and Asia-Pacific (APAC), as well as support from KMS investor Sunstone Partners, a private investment firm with $1.7 billion in capital.
This gives it the capability to expand, invest in research and development, and pursue larger and more complex international projects, which have completely changed its growth path.
