FLORIDA and CONNECTICUT, UNITED STATES — OfficePartners360 (OP360), a business process outsourcing (BPO) firm, has been acquired by global customer experience (CX) BPO provider iQor

The acquisition positions OP360 as a central pillar in a newly expanded organization boasting over 47,000 employees across 11 countries. The integration unites the two firms’ operations, aiming to enhance tech-enabled service delivery for a diverse international client base.

“iQor and OP360 share a strong alignment in culture, values, and commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences,” said iQor President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Chris Crowley.

The strategic combination leverages OP360’s capabilities with iQor’s extensive footprint, forming a strengthened provider in the CX BPO landscape.

Nearshore and offshore CX drive OP360’s rapid growth

OP360, a United States-headquartered BPO, drives client growth through nearshore and offshore support, achieving nearly 60% YoY growth over four years thanks to its exceptional agent tenure and collaborative, long-term client partnerships. 

The company is also subscribed to the Outsource Accelerator (OA) Source Partner Program, a powerful tool that helps BPO firms with marketing, sales, and business intelligence.

On the other hand, the global firm iQor leverages its scale of over 40,000 employees across eleven countries and a culture-focused model to deliver technology-enabled BPO solutions, differentiating itself through proprietary analytics, a flexible private cloud platform, and deep executive engagement that ensures accountable, consultative partnerships.

iQor and OP360 ranked #43 and #286, respectively, in the OA500 2025, an objective index of the world’s top 500 outsourcing companies. 

IQor adds CX capacity in key global BPO markets

The move consolidates iQor’s global delivery network by integrating OP360’s strong presence and well-engaged workforce in major markets. 

In particular, iQor will have greater capabilities and talent in the Philippines, Colombia, India, and the United States, complementing its presence in countries such as Trinidad and Tobago and Egypt.

Crowley notes, “This combination enhances our ability to scale, innovate, and deliver business continuity at the highest level of performance.”

The acquisition will enable iQor to deliver a single CX solution with greater global coverage and, therefore, serve industries such as healthcare, financial services, and digital commerce more efficiently across different geographic locations.

The integration of OP360’s operational depth is a calculated step to capture a larger share of the competitive BPO market through increased capacity.

Integrating CX capabilities and people‑first cultures

Beyond scale, the acquisition is fundamentally about integrating complementary capabilities and a shared people-first philosophy. 

OP360 brings to iQor a strong reputation in customer support, back-office, sales, and technical services, which will merge with iQor’s own tech-enabled CX and back-office solutions

The clients will have access to a wider range of services and platforms powered by iQor’s proprietary technology, such as Insights iQ analytics and the infinityAiQ AI platform, to streamline customer contact.
