SINGAPORE and TELANGANA, INDIA — Software specialist Prisha Infotech is set to become the technological core of hospitality group Spice Lounge Food Works, following a definitive $150,000 acquisition.
The purchase of the Singapore-based firm marks a pivotal step, leveraging Prisha Infotech’s expertise to digitally transform operations and propel Spice Lounge’s global expansion ambitions.

Spice Lounge Food Works, on the other hand, is developing a multi-category food and beverage provider through a multi-field portfolio of global dining and lifestyle brands, including Buffalo Wild Wings and high-end pub concepts such as Xora.
