HR Path merges with Enforce to bolster North American Dayforce reach

PARIS, FRANCE, and CALIFORNIA, UNITED STATES — Global HR consultancy firm HR Path has merged specialist firm Enforce into its own operations, absorbing its team and client portfolio to dominate the North American Dayforce services market.
The strategic integration, effective immediately, sees Enforce become a part of HR Path’s on-the-ground expertise, enabling new United States payroll outsourcing offerings on the Dayforce platform.
“Joining HR Path represents an honor and an exceptional opportunity for our team and our clients,” said Michael McKay, Co-founder and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Enforce and a newly appointed HR Path partner.
North American growth and Dayforce focus
HR Path has an established presence in 28 countries and more than 2,500 professionals. With this merger, which serves a substantial number of clients, mainly in North America, HR Path gains direct client support and on-the-ground knowledge.
This merger is based on HR Path’s prior acquisitions, such as the North Carolina-based ClearCourse, Next Generation, Inc. (NGI), and PredictiveHR, suggesting a trend of targeted investments to build an extensive North American network of services.
The main catalyst for this growth is the Dayforce platform, an integrated payroll, HR, benefits, talent, and workforce management system.
“By combining Enforce’s exclusive focus and expertise on the Dayforce platform with HR Path’s scale and global presence, we will accelerate our growth and deliver even greater value to organizations adopting Dayforce worldwide,” said McKay.
HR Path already operates a growing Dayforce practice in the United Kingdom and Ireland, and the merger with Enforce directly transplants a mature, dedicated team into the heart of the North American market.
This move allows HR Path to compete more effectively for large-scale enterprise clients in the region, leveraging Enforce‘s decade-long track record of delivering over 450 Dayforce customer solutions.
As François Boulet, Co-CEO of HR Path, notes, “Enforce’s recognized expertise in the U.S. market, combined with HR Path’s global footprint and payroll outsourcing capabilities, will allow us to better support Dayforce customers across the full HR value chain—from advisory to implementation to managed services.”
Expanded Dayforce services and U.S. payroll outsourcing
Beyond geographic expansion, the merger substantially enhances HR Path’s technical service offerings, particularly in the Dayforce ecosystem. Enforce is a Dayforce Partner vertically integrated across all its functional domains.
This brings HR Path deep, specialized capabilities in Dayforce implementation, optimization, post go-live support, and outsourced admin services that complement its broader HR consulting and digital transformation services.
“Our commitment to the Dayforce platform remains unwavering, as we continue to view it as the leading human capital management solution in the market,” said Boulet.
“The enhanced capabilities and capacity from this merger position HR Path and Enforce to clearly stand out within the Dayforce ecosystem.“
This end-to-end capability is a defining competitive strength, positioning HR Path not merely as a service provider but as an indispensable strategic partner.
