HR Path acquires Inspire HR to boost U.S. HR services

PARIS, FRANCE, and NEW YORK, UNITED STATES — HR Path, a global HR consulting and technology firm, has announced the acquisition of Inspire Human Resources (Inspire HR), an advisory firm specializing in fractional and project-based HR expertise.
The acquisition enhances HR Paths’ advisory services, which provide flexible talent solutions to organizations in the North American market, and will see Inspire HR integrate its solutions into its global offerings to aid the realization of organizational change through cultural and structural transformations.
The press release notes that the employees and the leadership team will retain their positions to ensure a smooth transition.
Expanding HR Path’s advisory pillar with flexible, fractional expertise
Inspire HR was founded in 2007 and is a fractional HR firm delivering executive-level services to organizations, big and small, including Fortune 500 companies, growth-stage startups, and non-profits.
Incorporating 15 experienced professionals from Inspire HR will enable HR Path to deal with complex HR issues in all HR functions.
This includes operational support for practical organizational development, cultural growth, and talent maximization.
The acquisition will integrate the international scope of technology and HR Path implementation with Inspire HR’s local understanding of the finer details of human capital management, forming a more holistic service ecosystem for clients rapidly transitioning through the human capital space.
François Boulet, CEO and Co-Founder at HR Path, notes, “Inspire HR’s exceptional team brings deep expertise across all HR functions, enabling us to better support organizations as they evolve their culture, talent strategies, and people experience.”
Accelerating growth trajectory in the North American market
The acquisition is a milestone in HR Path’s expansion in North America, a market that, according to Boulet, is “a region that is central to our global growth strategy.”
Since its inception in 2001, HR Path has developed into a global provider of HR transformation with a presence in 28 countries and a headcount of more than 2,500 professionals.
The incorporation of Inspire HR provides a superior presence in the U.S. market to complement earlier strategic acquisitions in the region, such as Lumi and Enforce.
Inspire HR will operate under the name Inspire HR, an HR Path Company, ensuring continuity for its client base.
“We’re excited to join HR Path to serve more organizations as their trusted advisor and go-to fractional HR partner,” said Jaime Klein, Founder and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Inspire HR.
She claimed that the move builds HR Path’s capability to serve organizations across the full range of their people and HR requirements, including strategic planning and organizational development, cultural transformation, and talent optimization, and enhances its scalable delivery services.
