Thirty Capital Ventures backs AI firms BlueMetrics and BrikMate

NORTH CAROLINA and CALIFORNIA, UNITED STATES, and RIO GRANDE DO SUL, BRAZIL — Thirty Capital Ventures has announced strategic investments in BlueMetrics and BrikMate, two technology firms applying artificial intelligence (AI) to data intelligence and commercial real estate operations.
The investments reflect the firm’s focus on backing AI companies that deliver practical, scalable solutions already operating in production environments rather than conceptual prototypes.
Funding production-ready AI
Thirty Capital Venture’s approach to AI investing centers on companies that have moved beyond prototypes to deliver practical solutions operating in production environments.
BlueMetrics is a research institution focused on data analytics and applied AI, and offers AI-as-a-Service (AIaaS) solutions to help organizations convert complex data into actionable information.
Thirty Capital Ventures invested R$2.7 million (US$516,000) in the company to help it grow, develop new products, and increase its staff as demand for enterprise AI in Brazil and beyond grows.
Denis Pesa, CEO of BlueMetrics, emphasized the practical focus of their work, stating the company has spent years building AI that functions in real environments and says “Thirty Capital Ventures shares our focus on practical, scalable intelligence – not hype.”
On the other hand, BrikMate is an AI developer for commercial real estate operations, offering a platform that serves as a smart operating layer for property owners and managers.
The system automates abstraction, billing processes, compliance monitoring, and portfolio reporting by converting unstructured lease files into structured, actionable data.
BrikMate enhances operational quality, reduces overheads, and accelerates decision-making in portfolios by integrating AI agents into active commercial real estate processes.
Josef Pipoly, Founder and CEO of BrikMate, noted that AI creates real value when it operates within the systems that run the work, noting that “BrikMate is building the operational platform that makes that possible in commercial real estate.”
Investment strategy targets AI as infrastructure
The investments in BlueMetrics and BrikMate form part of a broader Thirty Capital Ventures strategy focused on AI as infrastructure rather than novelty.
The firm believes the next wave of value creation will come from AI systems that operate inside core business processes to capture institutional knowledge, augment human judgment, and improve decisions over time.
Thirty Capital Ventures identifies momentum accelerating most quickly in regions and industries where AI adoption delivers immediate, tangible impact. Markets such as Brazil are advancing rapidly in applied AI across data services, agribusiness, and operations.
The construction and real estate sectors in the United States are underserved by smart technology that reduces friction and uncertainty.
Rob Finlay, Founder and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Thirty Capital Ventures, stressed, “We’re not investing in AI for AI’s sake.”
“We’re investing in companies that understand how intelligence is applied. That means looking at how decisions are made, how risk is managed, and how outcomes improve over time.”
The industry and geography-focused strategy informs Thirty Capital Venture’s investments in companies that adopt AI in operational processes and deliver sustainable, measurable outcomes.
