ASGN completes Quinnox acquisition, expands global IT services
RICHMOND, VIRGINIA — ASGN, soon to be renamed Everforth, has finalized its acquisition of Quinnox Inc., bolstering the company’s global IT services and offshore delivery capabilities.
According to a press release, the deal positions ASGN to strengthen its digital engineering offerings and provide clients with expanded expertise across application management, modernization, analytics, and enterprise platforms.

“We are excited to announce the successful closing of our acquisition of Quinnox,” said ASGN Chief Executive Officer Ted Hanson.
“This strategic platform acquisition enhances our position in digital engineering and establishes a solid foundation for our offshore delivery capabilities. Quinnox’s global capability centers in India complement our best-in-class nearshore operations in Mexico, enabling us to offer expanded expertise… to our commercial clients,” Hanson added.
The acquisition brings Quinnox’s global team into ASGN’s Commercial Segment, reflecting the company’s strategy to integrate international talent with existing nearshore operations.
The combination of India-based capability centers with Mexico-based nearshore teams offers ASGN a more balanced and flexible global delivery model for its clients.
Employee incentives reflect commitment to talent retention
As part of the integration, ASGN is granting restricted stock unit (RSU) awards to 16 Quinnox employees, covering 157,369 shares.
In addition, performance stock units (PSUs) totaling 75,772 shares will be awarded to five key employees, contingent on 2026 revenue and EBITDA targets.
The PSUs vest gradually—one-half on the second anniversary of the grant date, and 25 percent on each of the third and fourth anniversaries—and are designed to align employee performance with company goals.
All awards are subject to continued service through the vesting dates and are granted as employment inducement awards under New York Stock Exchange rules.
The deal highlights ASGN’s broader strategy of integrating offshore and nearshore capabilities to meet growing client demand for flexible, digital-first IT solutions. For commercial clients, the acquisition promises more seamless access to technology services across geographies.
