TTEC expands Cairo hub, adds over 330 jobs for global CX growth
CAIRO, EGYPT — TTEC, a leading global consulting and customer experience (CX) company, is ramping up operations in Cairo with plans to add more than 330 new roles by the end of April 2026.
According to a press release, the hiring push comes as demand surges for the company’s multilingual, artificial intelligence (AI)-enabled CX services, highlighting Cairo’s growing role as a key global delivery hub.
Rapid expansion to meet global demand
TTEC’s Cairo site currently supports over 500 employees delivering services in 11 languages. The new hiring initiative aims to scale the workforce in response to increasing international client needs.
Since entering Egypt in 2023, TTEC has quickly expanded its footprint, including opening a state-of-the-art facility at Maadi Technology Park in early 2025.
In November 2025, TTEC signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Egypt’s Information Technology Industry Development Agency to grow its Cairo workforce to more than 4,000 employees by 2029.
“Because we’re in an expansion mode, this means there is ample opportunity for personal career growth in an inclusive and multicultural environment,” said Manno Ragab, executive director of TTEC’s Egypt operations.
“TTEC is known for developing talent from within, with more than two-thirds of leadership roles filled internally, offering employees a clear path for career advancement,” Ragab added.
The Cairo hub also functions as an innovation center for next-generation CX and AI-enabled solutions.
Employees gain practical experience with AI tools, cloud platforms, and advanced customer engagement technologies, a factor that strengthens TTEC’s competitive edge in global CX delivery.
TTEC is previously ranked #15 in the OA500 20025, an objective index of the world’s top 500 outsourcing companies.
Multilingual hiring to power global services
TTEC is actively recruiting for customer service and bilingual sales roles across multiple languages, including French, German, Italian, Dutch, Spanish, Portuguese, and Turkish, all paired with English.
