MySavant.ai acquires Savant International in AI BPO deal
BOGOTÁ, COLOMBIA — MySavant.ai has acquired Savant International in a strategic move aimed at accelerating the shift toward AI-powered nearshore outsourcing operations across Latin America.
According to a press release, the deal integrates Savant International’s established logistics-focused business process outsourcing (BPO) operations into MySavant.ai’s AI-driven platform, strengthening its push to modernize global supply chain support services.
AI-driven transformation of nearshore operations
The acquisition brings together Savant International’s decade-long experience in nearshore delivery with MySavant.ai’s automation and intelligence systems, with the goal of improving efficiency, transparency, and scalability for logistics clients.
MySavant.ai said the integration will embed AI-driven capabilities into existing workflows, allowing for real-time performance monitoring and improved operational control.

Founded in 2016 by Juan Baena, Savant International has built nearshore teams across Latin America supporting freight brokers, third-party logistics providers and transportation firms.
The company is recognized for its operational discipline and ability to scale delivery teams within traditional BPO frameworks.
Baena said the combination strengthens the company’s ability to deliver more advanced services.
“We built Savant International on strong operational fundamentals and a deep understanding of logistics workflows,” he said.
“This acquisition allows Savant International to build on that foundation with AI-driven capabilities and greater visibility, delivering more value to clients as they scale,” he added.
Expansion across Latin America strengthens delivery footprint
As part of the deal, MySavant.ai is expanding its regional presence in Colombia, with operations in Bogotá, Medellín and Barranquilla, alongside its existing hub in Guatemala City.
The company said these locations provide access to skilled labor and closer coordination with United States-based logistics operations.
By combining local delivery expertise with AI-enabled management systems, the company aims to help clients scale teams more quickly while maintaining standardized execution and consistent performance across complex logistics environments.

The acquisition reflects a broader transformation in the outsourcing and BPO sector, where companies are increasingly moving away from labor-heavy models toward data-driven, AI-enhanced operations.
