Foundever taps BPO veteran Eppie Titong III as APAC COO

MANILA, PHILIPPINES — Foundever has named Eppie Titong III as its new Chief Operating Officer (COO) for the Asia Pacific region, excluding India, the global customer experience firm announced.
According to a report from BriefGlance.com, the appointment installs a 20-year business process outsourcing (BPO) veteran at the helm of one of Foundever’s most critical regional markets, signaling a strategic intensification of the company’s APAC growth and consolidation push.
Foundever, with 150,000 employees across more than 45 countries serving over 800 global brands, manages 3.3 billion customer conversations annually in over 60 languages, a footprint that demands deep operational leadership at the regional level.
A strategic hire for APAC dominance
Titong’s mandate centers on knitting together Foundever’s disparate APAC sites into a cohesive, high-performing unit capable of delivering complex CX, digital operations, and data solutions at scale.
Based in the Philippines, he steps into a region defined by sharp diversity in cultures, languages, and regulatory environments, where consistency from Manila to Melbourne has become a competitive differentiator.
The hire positions Foundever to compete more aggressively for large, multi-market contracts as enterprise clients consolidate their CX vendor rosters.
“APAC plays a critical role in Foundever’s global strategy. As we continue to scale in the region, maintaining consistent delivery and performance across markets is increasingly important,” said Michelle Parks, Foundever’s Global Chief Operating Officer.
She added that Titong “brings deep expertise in leading large-scale, multi-country operations and improving performance across complex delivery environments.”
A track record built at scale
Before joining Foundever, Titong served as Senior Vice President and Country Manager for VXI Global Solutions in the Philippines, leading a workforce of more than 20,000 employees and overseeing delivery operations across the Philippines, India, and Egypt.
His earlier roles at Sitel and Telus deepened his expertise in scaling operations without sacrificing quality, and his tenure at VXI included substantial expansion in regional hubs like Davao City. That cross-border operational depth is precisely what Foundever sought to anchor its APAC playbook.
“The region has strong operational foundations and high-performing delivery teams. I look forward to working closely with colleagues across markets to strengthen delivery, improve consistency and continue enhancing how we serve our clients,” Titong said.
The appointment reflects a broader leadership reshuffling across the global outsourcing industry, where firms including Concentrix, TaskUs, and Teleperformance have moved aggressively to install seasoned operators in APAC roles to manage the shift toward AI-driven CX. As enterprise clients demand integrated technology and human delivery at scale, regional operations leadership has become a defining battleground for outsourcing growth in Asia-Pacific.
