Andersen expands in the UK, U.S. with two deals

CALIFORNIA, UNITED STATES — Andersen Group acquired UK Andersen LLP in the United Kingdom and SPR Consulting in the United States, adding approximately $60 million in combined annualized revenue.
The two deals bring Andersen’s 2026 acquisition total to 16, representing approximately $134 million in annualized revenue added this year. No individual deal terms were disclosed.
UK deal anchors Andersen’s international tax platform
Andersen has completed 16 acquisitions in 2026, building a global tax, legal, and advisory platform by adding established practices rather than building greenfield operations in new markets.
UK Andersen LLP expands the firm’s presence in one of the world’s leading financial centers, strengthening its international tax capabilities in a jurisdiction central to cross-border structuring for multinational clients.
“These acquisitions strengthen two important pillars of Andersen’s long-term growth strategy. The United Kingdom is one of the world’s premier financial markets and a cornerstone of our international tax platform, while SPR Consulting expands our ability to help clients harness AI, data and cloud technologies to accelerate innovation and business performance,” said Mark Vorsatz, chairman and chief executive officer at Andersen Group Inc.
SPR Consulting adds AI and technology transformation capabilities
SPR Consulting provides custom software development, artificial intelligence (AI)-powered systems, and cloud and data solutions to enterprise clients across the United States.
The addition of SPR’s technology and digital transformation practice gives Andersen a capability that sits alongside its core tax and legal services, addressing the growing overlap between tax optimization and enterprise technology strategy.
Vorsatz added, “Together, these acquisitions expand our capabilities in strategic markets and reinforce our commitment to delivering integrated, multidisciplinary solutions through one global organization.”
The twin acquisitions reinforce Andersen’s strategy of building a multidisciplinary global platform through acquisition, combining traditional tax and legal advisory with technology and digital transformation services under one organization.
The combined $60 million in annualized revenue arrives as professional services firms increasingly bundle tax, legal, and technology outsourcing into integrated service packages for multinational clients, reducing vendor complexity across jurisdictions.
With 16 acquisitions completed in 2026 alone, Andersen is among the most active consolidators in professional services, a sector where business process outsourcing (BPO) is blurring traditional boundaries between advisory, compliance, and technology delivery.
