Myriad360 acquires F3 to grow healthcare IT

NEW YORK, UNITED STATES — Myriad360 acquired the assets of F3 Technology Partners, a West Hartford, Connecticut-based healthcare information technology (IT) consulting firm, from parent Fulcrum IT Partners.
The transaction pushes Myriad360’s annual revenue to approximately $1.2 billion and adds 30 professionals with deep Northeast healthcare relationships.
F3 brings Northeast healthcare IT client relationships
Myriad360 is a New York-based technology services provider offering artificial intelligence (AI) consulting, cloud services, and enterprise infrastructure solutions across healthcare, financial services, and enterprise sectors.
F3 Technology Partners was founded 19 years ago as a two-person startup and grew to $100 million in revenue, building a client base of leading Northeast healthcare providers before Fulcrum IT Partners acquired it in 2023.
“This is all about Myriad360, Advizex and F3 all working together to expand and grow the healthcare practice and the business,” said C.R. Howdyshell, chief executive officer of Advizex, a Myriad360 company.
F3 founder Monnes returns as general manager
Jeff Monnes, who founded F3 Technology Partners, will join Myriad360 as general manager of the F3 business, bringing continuity to F3’s existing client relationships across the Northeast.
Myriad360’s February 2026 acquisition of Advizex Technologies, which had worked alongside F3 on daily operations, gave the firm direct insight into F3’s healthcare market reputation before completing this deal.
“Our customers can see that they are going to get the best of both worlds with the local support and people they have been dealing with for many years, but that now is part of a global company that is investing in F3!” said Jeff Monnes, founder of F3 Technology Partners and general manager at Myriad360.
The acquisition reflects a growing trend among technology services providers to build vertical-specific expertise in healthcare, where business process outsourcing (BPO) and managed services demand deep compliance knowledge and established provider relationships.
F3’s position in the CRN Solution Provider 500 and its $100 million revenue base give Myriad360 a ready-made market position in healthcare IT consulting, which the group can scale through its AI and cloud services portfolio across a broader client base.
For Myriad360, which first crossed the $1 billion revenue threshold with this deal, the F3 acquisition positions the group to address a healthcare IT market accelerating its adoption of AI and consumption-based cloud delivery models.
