Global management consultancy Accenture has acquired Dutch product design and innovation agency VanBerlo. Terms of the deal have not been disclosed.
Eindhoven-based VanBerlo offers a range of solutions to support the creation process, including customer insights research, “futurizing” and trend research, user experience design, proposition development, and co-creation. VanBerlo has a team of more than 90 professionals working from studios in Eindhoven and The Hague.
As part of the deal, the team will join Accenture Industry X.0, which uses digital technologies to improve how companies design, engineer, and manufacture products and services, and operate industrial facilities. Since its foundation in 1982, VanBerlo’s work has collected more than 150 awards.
