Accenture acquires Morphus

DUBLIN, IRELAND — Accenture has acquired Brazil-based cybersecurity service provider Morphus.
The acquisition signals the launch of a Cyber Industry practice in Latin America headed by established chief information security officers (CISOs) from Morphus.
The financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Accenture has also recently acquired Bionest to expand its strategic capabilities in life sciences.
Bionest is a New York-based consulting firm that addresses strategic decisions for leading biopharma organizations.
Joining Accenture’s Strategy in the Life Sciences practice is Bionest’s cohort of 46 consultants, specialists, and industry executives.
