Accenture acquires TalentSprint to boost AI training

NEW YORK, UNITED STATES and HYDERABAD, INDIA — Outsourcing giant Accenture has acquired TalentSprint, a Hyderabad-based deep tech education firm, from NSE Academy Ltd., for an undisclosed amount.
The deal aims to expand Accenture’s LearnVantage, its $1 billion global learning and training initiative aimed at helping enterprises and governments build future-ready workforces.
Founded in 2009, TalentSprint delivers bootcamps, certifications, and e-degrees in cutting-edge fields like artificial intelligence (AI), cybersecurity, chip design, and leadership.
The company partners with India’s top academic institutions, including IITs, IIMs, IIITs, and global research hubs, to ensure its programs remain industry-aligned.
With a team of about 210 professionals in India and the U.S., TalentSprint will integrate into Accenture LearnVantage to further its mission of workforce upskilling and reskilling in an AI-driven economy.
“TalentSprint’s end-to-end delivery capabilities of focused learning programs provide a competitive value proposition for learners and enterprises alike, making it a great fit for our expanding LearnVantage business,” said Kishore Durg, global lead of Accenture LearnVantage.
“The addition of TalentSprint further boosts our ability to meet our clients’ demand for training, helping their people gain the essential technology skills in emerging areas needed to reinvent their organizations and achieve greater business value.”
Scaling AI-era workforce development
TalentSprint’s services will complement Accenture’s recent acquisitions of Udacity and Award Solutions. The firm’s portfolio spans AI, data science, digital transformation, and semiconductor technologies—skills increasingly in demand as companies worldwide prepare for digital reinvention.
“Joining forces with Accenture LearnVantage allows us to scale our impact, delivering cutting-edge technology and next-gen management programs that are valued and trusted by students, professionals, organizations, and governments alike,” said Anurag Bansal, Managing Director and CEO of TalentSprint.
Accenture doubles down on talent creation
This deal is part of Accenture’s broader $1 billion investment in LearnVantage over three years, announced in 2024. Through LearnVantage, Accenture partners with clients to become “talent creators,” offering tailored training in cloud, AI, data, and more.
Accenture, which serves clients in over 120 countries, employs approximately 801,000 people globally and generated $64.1 billion in revenue in fiscal 2023. After two consecutive years in the top spot, the global professional services company ranked #2 in OA500 2025, an objective index of the world’s 500 top outsourcing companies.
Ashishkumar Chauhan, CEO of NSE, called the deal “a testament to the exceptional quality and potential” of TalentSprint and emphasized that the divestiture aligns with NSE’s focus on core business areas.
