Accenture strengthens global planning solutions with Allitix buy
NEW YORK, UNITED STATES — Outsourcing giant Accenture has acquired consulting firm Allitix. Based in Irvine, California, Allitix specializes in Anaplan-based solutions, providing consulting services that support financial planning and analysis, sales performance management, and supply chain optimization.
While the terms of the transaction were not disclosed, the merger is expected to strengthen Accenture’s enterprise planning capabilities. It will help clients create unified, data-driven business plans that can drive agility, productivity, and better decision-making.
Strategic enhancement of planning services
The acquisition brings 73 experienced professionals to Accenture Technology in North America, including over 60 Anaplan experts skilled in solution architecture, model building, integration, and data management.

Global market implications
Accenture reported revenues of $16.4 billion for the fourth quarter, up 3 percent in U.S. dollars and 5 percent in local currencies over comparable prior year periods.
The company operates in more than 120 countries and has a workforce of about 750,000 people. For the second year running, it ranked #1 in OA500 2024, an objective index of the world’s 500 top outsourcing companies.
Meanwhile, Allitix, founded in 2017, has a strong focus on industries such as manufacturing, consumer goods, technology, media, telecommunications, and financial services. The company’s tailored planning solutions are widely recognized for helping businesses adapt to changing market dynamics.
