Global consultancy and outsourcing firm Accenture announced that it has completed its acquisition of Maihiro, a German provider of customer experience and customer relationship management services. Financial details of the acquisition were not disclosed but Accenture said it will create additional solutions for clients.
Maihiro provides SAP-based customer experience, CRM, and commerce services. Headquartered in Munich, it has about 160 skilled consultants in Germany and Australia. Accenture, which has contact centers in the Philippines, has been acquiring companies in Europe and the US.
In May 2019, Accenture and SAP announced that they are co-developing and co-innovating to accelerate development of the SAP® C/4HANA platform and to build industry-specific solutions that elevate digital customer experiences.
