Accenture, NVIDIA team up for immersive CX for Defender

CALIFORNIA, UNITED STATES — Outsourcing firm Accenture and software company NVIDIA have joined forces to elevate the client experience for Defender through advanced generative AI and real-time graphics capabilities.
Accenture Song, the tech-powered creative group, is utilizing NVIDIA’s Omniverse platform to generate high-fidelity Defender vehicles from design data for marketing initiatives.
This allows the creation of interactive 3D environments through conversational prompts. It streamlines the tech production process and drives new practices, conversational intelligence, and interactive personalization.
