Accenture set to acquire Experity

Multinational IT services and consulting company Accenture announced its intent to acquire Brazil-based cloud-based customer experience (CX) and commerce solutions provider Experity.
This partnership will help the Irish-based tech firm in scaling up its experience and commerce platform capabilities across the Latin American region.
Accenture Interactive Lead for Latin America Cristiano Dencker said that Experity’s “strong leadership and expertise” will help the firm continue to deliver exemplary services for its clients in the region.
Further, Experity Founder Daniel Huallem stated that this collaboration will give “a wider canvas” to provide the transformation that their customers are expecting “in terms of personalized and intelligent experiences anywhere, anytime.”
Accenture’s latest acquisition plan is part of addressing Brazil’s rising e-commerce industry amid the pandemic, as brands rapidly reimagine their commerce experience to get in with the trend.
