Access Healthcare to set up new office in India

Healthcare BPO and IT services provider Access Healthcare is set to open a new campus for its Business Process Services and IT operations in Chennai, India.
Access Healthcare Vice-Chairman Vardhman Jain said the new campus will “deliver advanced healthcare BPO and IT services to our clients in the healthcare revenue cycle and payer market segments.”
The campus — to be built on 1.57 acres of land in the Ambattur Industrial Estate — has an operational capacity of 7,000 employees working in approximately 250,000 square feet of space.
It will house the company’s BPO and IT operations and serve as a hub for its technical capabilities. The company also aims to hire fresh graduates and experienced professionals skilled in the areas of medical billing, medical coding, and accounts receivable call center positions for the new facility.
“Some of the things that the industry was averse to, such as remote work, digitalization, outsourcing, and telehealth, are now a reality. Because of that, we have grown at over 40% last year,” Jain added.
