AD Solutions expands Florida office tech footprint with QualPath acquisition
FLORIDA, UNITED STATES — AD Solutions, a provider of office technology solutions, has announced its acquisition of QualPath, an IT outsourcing and office automation equipment firm. Terms of the deal remain confidential.
This strategic move marks AD Solutions’ third acquisition, furthering its expansion plans across Florida.
Founded in 2001, QualPath has built a strong reputation for delivering comprehensive business solutions, including document management services, to the Miami area.
The company has gained significant market share in government contracts and has been recognized on Entrepreneur Magazine’s Fastest-growing Companies in the U.S. List.

With this acquisition, AD Solutions will now offer an expanded range of products and services to businesses throughout South Florida.
