Adecco taps Salesforce’s AI to transform global recruitment

CALIFORNIA, UNITED STATES — The Adecco Group, the world’s second-largest human resources provider and temporary staffing firm, is integrating Salesforce’s Agentforce AI system to revolutionize its recruitment processes.
With an influx of 300 million resumes annually, this technological advancement aims to enhance the efficiency of their recruitment operations while maintaining the human touch in candidate interactions.
24/7 candidate support
The implementation of Agentforce will create a round-the-clock recruitment ecosystem, where AI agents assist in resume screening and candidate matching.
“This collaboration with Salesforce will sharpen the Adecco Group’s competitive edge so we can continue to outpace our peers with streamlined processes, improved fill rates and time to fill, and even better customer experiences,” said Caroline Basyn, Chief Digital and IT Officer, the Adecco Group.
“By integrating data, AI, and cloud services across our company, we will have smarter ways of helping our clients and candidates while putting in place the building blocks to shape the world of work.”
Data integration and efficiency
The collaboration leverages Salesforce’s Data Cloud to unify information from over 40 disparate systems within Adecco’s infrastructure. This integration will enable recruiters to focus on building stronger client relationships and providing more personalized candidate experiences. The system will automatically generate shortlists of opportunities that best match job seekers’ profiles, significantly streamlining the recruitment process.
“Agentforce is unlocking a limitless digital workforce for the Adecco Group, one that works autonomously and around the clock to provide an incredible recruitment experience for candidates,” said Adam Evans, EVP and GM, Salesforce AI.
The initiative positions Adecco at the forefront of recruitment innovation, joining over 200 companies that have already embraced AI agents for their operations.
