Advania boosts presence in Norway with Solv buy

OSLO, NORWAY — Managed services and information technology (IT) outsourcing company Advania has acquired software development outsourcing firm Solv, effectively expanding its presence in Norway.
The deal includes 100% of Solv’s shares from management and other shareholders. Advania plans to introduce more services to its new clients in Norway.

With the purchase, Advania further broadens its footprint in Europe. The IT firm also has operations in Sweden, Norway, the United Kingdom, Iceland, Finland, and Denmark.
Advania employs over 5,000 workers and offers managed services, hardware, software, and professional services to clients in both private and public sectors, primarily in the mid-market.
