Advania expands UK footprint by acquiring Servium
CHESSINGTON, UNITED KINGDOM — Nordic IT services provider Advania has acquired Servium Limited, a United Kingdom-based company specializing in managed services and IT procurement optimization. This move significantly strengthens Advania’s end-to-end offerings in professional services, managed services, and value-added reselling in the UK market.
Financial terms of the transaction were not revealed. However, Servium posted a turnover of more than £30 million (US$38.3 million) for the year ended December 31, 2022, up from £25.4 million (US$32.4 million) in 2021.

Combining Advania’s cloud, AI expertise with Servium’s procurement skills
The acquisition allows Advania’s existing customers to benefit from Servium’s advanced procurement services while providing Servium’s client base access to Advania’s extensive portfolio spanning public and hybrid cloud, data, analytics, AI, security, modern workplaces, voice, and business applications.
