Adya to invest in Ellora BPO’s brand refresh

Publicly traded holding company Adya Inc. will invest in the brand refresh of its Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) unit Ellora BPO.
In a press release, the Canada-based company said that Ellora would have a new website, a new commercial strategy with expanded offerings, and a fresh update to the company’s logo.
Adya CEO Samer Bishay said they are excited to take the next step in Ellora’s evolution. He added that the refreshed brand perfectly positions the firm in its “growing ambition” in the global outsourcing space.
Ellora is a staffing solutions company providing quality and cost-effective contact center support, sales, marketing, and technology solutions. Its experienced agents help global clients with customer support, sales, retention, virtual assistants, tech support, lead generation, and social media services, among others.
Meanwhile, Adya holds strategic shares in several telecommunications and technology companies. The company specializes in operational, network, engineering, and administrational efficiencies and has been acquiring accretive businesses these last few years.
