Africa Federation of GBS Associations launched to boost regional business services

GAUTENG, SOUTH AFRICA — The Africa Federation of GBS Associations has been officially launched, marking a significant milestone in the global business services (GBS) sector.
This initiative brings together national industry associations and investment promotion agencies from eight African countries: Egypt, Ethiopia, Kenya, Nigeria, Rwanda, South Africa, Uganda, and Zimbabwe.
