Alloyed puts AI agents on client work, keeps people on exceptions

- Alloyed partnered with Beam AI to run AI agents in client operations.
- Agents handle the standard path while Alloyed’s operators own exceptions.
- Discovery on one process takes weeks, not months, Alloyed says.
- It is Alloyed’s third AI partnership since July, after Supervity and SimpliSmart.
NEW JERSEY, UNITED STATES — Alloyed will map how a client’s processes actually run, build AI agents for the steps worth automating and keep its own operators on every case the agents cannot handle, under a new partnership with enterprise agentic AI platform Beam AI. The model gives software the standard path and leaves the exceptions to people.
How the model works
The work runs in four stages, starting with Beam’s Process Discovery to map a process, then ranking what is worth automating, building agents on Beam’s platform and running them under human oversight, according to an Alloyed announcement. In an invoice-approval process, for example, agents clear invoices that match while an operator sees every one that does not.
What operators catch feeds back into the system, and results are measured against the client’s existing service levels. Alloyed said discovery on one process takes weeks, not months.
“The future of enterprise operations isn’t about replacing people with AI, it’s about orchestrating teams of people and intelligent agents working together,” said Lauren Kochan, CEO of Alloyed. She said Beam AI lets the company place agents alongside client teams under governance the client can see.
A third AI partnership since July
The Beam AI deal is Alloyed’s third AI partnership since July. That month it paired its operational specialists with Supervity’s autonomous AI Employees across finance, procurement, HR, IT and customer operations, and on July 29 it announced a partnership with SimpliSmart LLC to embed AI-automated workflows into end-to-end business processes.
“Accuracy is won or lost on the exceptions, and that is where Alloyed’s operators are irreplaceable,” said Jonas Diezun, CEO of Beam AI. He said Process Discovery shows where work breaks, what exceptions cost and which fixes are worth funding.
When automation decisions rest on evidence about where work breaks, offshore outsourcing and business process outsourcing (BPO) partners become the place where agents and human judgment are combined. Buyers comparing the top BPO companies worldwide can ask each provider to show how exceptions reach a person and how results are tracked against service levels.
Alloyed‘s run of partnerships shows that the people handling exceptions remain central to agentic AI in operations. For enterprise buyers moving past AI pilots, a managed service that pairs agents with accountable operators is intended to reduce errors in high-cost processes.
BPO operators that can map processes and govern agents are positioned to win the next round of automation work.
