Almost all small businesses are looking to outsource in 2022

About 90% — or 9 in 10 — of business leaders are planning to outsource some of their services this year as companies shift to remote work.
In a survey conducted by B2B reviews and ratings platform Clutch, 27% of respondents said that they are looking to outsource their IT services.
Meanwhile, others are interested in outsourcing their digital marketing tasks (24%), legal (23%), finance (23%), development (21%), and customer support (19%).
As for where they are planning to look for an outsourcing partner, 21% of small businesses outsourcing tasks in 2022 intend to hire a nearshore company.
Outsourcing is bringing businesses a lot of benefits and advantages. About 27% of small businesses are most motivated to outsource to improve their efficiency and save time, and 33% of small businesses outsource in order to access flexible resources.
Moreover, 26% of companies with 10 employees or fewer outsource mostly in the hopes of working with an expert, while 19% of small businesses with 251 to 500 employees primarily outsource to scale their business.
Clutch said that outsourcing is becoming more accessible to small businesses “as remote work becomes the new normal” and companies have already adapted to their own work-from-home policies.”
