Alorica appoints new CEO

Leading digital customer experience (CX) solutions provider Alorica announced the appointment of Greg Haller as its new Chief Executive Officer (CEO) as part of the company’s future proof expansion strategy.
Haller previously served as Alorica’s Chief Operating Officer where he played a pivotal role in the success of strategic initiatives spanning operations, client solutions, human resources, global business services and product marketing.
He also paved the way for Alorica’s accolades which includes being named a Leader in the 2022 Gartner Magic Quadrant for Customer Service BPO and winning a 2021 Gold Stevie Award for Employer of the Year.
As the new CEO, Haller will continue to spearhead the company’s acceleration as a strategic partner of choice for progressive brands.
Meanwhile, Alorica Founder and former CEO Andy Lee will transition to an executive chairman role to prioritize the company’s long-term growth.
On Haller’s appointment, Lee said that he cannot think of another leader than Haller which would help “steer Alorica into the next phase of our mission to enable companies around the world to achieve outcomes critical to their business strategies.”
