Alorica to create 1,500 jobs in India with major expansion

MOHALI and BANGALORE, INDIA — Alorica, a provider of customer experience (CX) solutions, is ramping up its presence in India by opening a new facility in Bhartiya City and expanding its sites in Mohali and Bangalore.
This initiative, driven by increased customer demand across the healthcare, food delivery, utilities, and retail segments, will add 1,500 new employees in the third quarter and position India as an important location for the company.

Alorica’s operations in India have achieved an impressive year-over-year growth of 70% and have tripled in size since the start of their operations.
The company will cater to the specific demands of emerging segments in healthcare, food delivery, utilities, and retail by expanding its presence through new locations and seats.
The Bhartiya City new location, in addition to the improved Mohali and Bangalore plants, will help the company scale up to large-scale projects and support new clients.
