Alto joins Revelo to scale AI tech hiring

FLORIDA, UNITED STATES — Alto, a platform for connecting U.S. companies with software developers from Latin America, has been acquired by Revelo, a Miami-based AI-powered hiring platform, for an undisclosed sum.
The deal marks Revelo’s fifth in just 30 months and strengthens its ability to hire and manage tech talent for U.S. businesses.
Enhanced services and broader talent access
Founded in 2015, Alto has built a reputation for helping organizations like 24 Hour Fitness, UNICEF, and BBVA quickly access high-quality engineering talent across Latin America.
By joining Revelo, Alto clients will now benefit from access to Latin America’s largest network of over 400,000 vetted software developers, including specialists in artificial intelligence and machine learning.
Revelo’s platform offers advanced AI-powered candidate matching, payroll, benefits, and compliance management, streamlining the hiring process for companies integrating AI into their operations.
“Revelo shares our belief that hiring top engineering talent shouldn’t be slow, expensive, or limited by borders. Together, we’re building an end-to-end solution that removes the friction from hiring in Latin America — especially as the need for AI engineering talent explodes,” said Pablo Baldomá Jones, Co-founder & CEO of Alto.
Meeting surging demand for AI talent
The acquisition comes as demand for AI-literate developers, especially those skilled in large language model (LLM) technologies, continues to surge among U.S. firms.
“As demand for AI engineering talent surges, we’re providing growing businesses with a simple yet robust all-in-one platform to seamlessly find, hire, and pay elite developers from Latin America—faster and at a fraction of US costs—while maintaining time zone alignment and cultural compatibility,” said Lucas Mendes, CEO and co-founder of Revelo.
With this deal, Revelo aims to provide businesses with a seamless, end-to-end solution for sourcing, hiring, and managing elite developers, helping them ship AI projects faster and more cost-effectively.
