Aon appoints Alicia Goosen as Head of Professional Services
LONDON, UNITED KINGDOM — Management consulting firm Aon has appointed Alicia Goosen as Head of Professional Services in the Global Broking [Center].
In her new role, Goosen will spearhead the development of market-leading strategies for the evolving needs of law, accounting, consulting, and design firms.
Prior to her new role, Goosen was the Head of Commercial Risk and Chief Broking Officer of the company. She joined Aon in January 2011 as the Business Unit Head of Financial Markets, Professional Risks & Trade Credit.
Goosen will be based in London and will report to John Brosnan, head of Product Specialties & Financial & Professional Services Group.
“Alicia brings extensive leadership experience to the role, and it is fantastic to see that we can mobilize such high caliber talent globally across the [organization],” said Brosnan.
“Her expertise and principle role in overseeing a large broking team and experience of direct client management will be highly valuable in the new post.”
Aon offers a suite of services, including HR and benefits administration, data solutions, advisory services, insurance, and analytics, among others.
