Aon, Solera Health collaborate on healthcare solutions platform

ARIZONA, UNITED STATES — Professional services firm Aon and technology company Solera Health (Solera) have integrated their platforms to help employers deliver more personalized employee health services.
Based in Phoenix, Arizona, Solera Health is a digital health company that works with payers and employers to help match members and employees to point solutions. Solera’s HALO Platform allows employees to access all their health benefits through one platform.
Meanwhile, Aon’s Health Risk Navigator is equipped with machine learning capabilities that help identify members with high-risk health issues who need intervention.
The integration of the two platforms will give high-risk employees easy access to health solutions.
Partner vendors on Solera’s platform will also be integrated into Aon. These include WeightWatchers for weight management, Sword Health for musculoskeletal conditions, and Headspace for mental health.
Aon will also join Solera’s engagement utilization and clinical data with employers’ medical and pharmacy data. This will help employers oversee health outcomes and their return on investment.
“We are thrilled to work with Aon to help deliver best-in-class condition management to US employers,” said Mary Langowski, CEO at Solera. “By leveraging Aon’s sophisticated analytics capabilities, our HALO platform will streamline the health care experience for employers and their employees – while incorporating much-needed accountability.”
