Ascentium expands APAC presence with Links acquisition

SINGAPORE, SINGAPORE — Ascentium, a global business services provider based in Singapore, has announced its acquisition of Links International, an HR outsourcing technology partner in Asia.
Strategic integration
The acquisition extends Ascentium’s reach into key markets, including Japan, Macau SAR, South Korea, and Thailand. The combined entity will serve over 30,000 active clients through a workforce of more than 1,800 professionals operating from 37 cities across 14 markets.
Links International, recognized as Asia’s leading HR Outsourcing Technology Partner, brings its award-winning payroll technology and team of 200+ HR experts to the table. The company currently operates across 15 markets, supporting more than 20 locations in the APAC region.

Thomson is appointed to lead Links and Ascentium’s global HR solutions business.

The integration will be implemented in phases, with a focus on maintaining service continuity while expanding the combined entity’s market presence.
