Asticom certified as ‘Great Place to Work’
MANILA, PHILIPPINES — Tech outsourcing firm Asticom Technology was given its Great Place to Work certification due to its people-focused initiatives and programs.
Based on a poll conducted by the Great Place to Work Institute, 92% of Asticom employees voted the company as a safe place to work. Its leadership, meanwhile, received 86% on the trust level.
Moreover, 84% believe that Asticom’s management promotes inclusivity and fairness at work.
Commenting on the achievement, Asticom Group of Companies President and CEO Mharicar Castillo-Reyes said, “We are very much thankful to the people of Asticom [employees] for their continued trust and commitment to the purpose of the company.”
She added that they are also honored by the recognition as it “reflects Asticom’s efforts in providing job opportunities for Filipinos by bridging them to productive and above all, purposeful roles.”
Asticom is a Philippine-based shared services company that provides staffing and tech solutions. It is also a subsidiary of the telecommunication conglomerate Globe Group.
