Atento appoints Nick Delis as Global Chief Commercial Officer

MADRID, SPAIN — Atento, a global provider of customer relationship management (CRM) and business transformation outsourcing (BTO) services, has announced the appointment of Nick Delis as its new Global Chief Commercial Officer (CCO), effective immediately.
The appointment underscores Atento’s strategic focus on accelerating growth in the United States BTO services market.
Decades of global tech leadership
Delis brings over 20 years of executive experience across technology, finance, telecommunications, and business solutions.
“Nick brings deep experience in the CX and technology industries with a special focus on the U.S. market, where he has successfully led commercial and expansion strategies for some of the most recognized technology companies,” said Dimitrius Oliveira, CEO of Atento.

Previously, he held senior roles at Konica Business Technologies, Daycom Systems, and Nextiera. Most recently, Delis served as Senior Vice President of International and Strategic Sales at Five9, where he led global expansion efforts across the U.S., Canada, Europe, Latin America, the Middle East, and Africa.

Delis will guide Atento’s commercial strategy, aiming to advance the company’s Augmented AI solutions and real-time technologies. These innovations are designed to deliver intelligent, scalable, and customer-centric services.
