Atento appoints Paul Ignasinski as CDTO to lead digital transformation

MADRID, SPAIN — Atento, a global provider of customer experience management (CXM) and business transformation outsourcing (BTO) services, has announced the appointment of Paul Ignasinski as Chief Digital Transformation Officer (CDTO), effective immediately.

Seasoned leader brings proven CX innovation
With over two decades in the CX technology space, Ignasinski’s professional background includes senior roles at major tech and customer experience firms.
He most recently served as Chief Technology Officer at Everise, overseeing technology and innovation strategy, including EverAI Labs.
Prior to that, Ignasinski held positions such as Chief Innovation Officer at Full Potential Solutions and Senior Vice President of Digital at TTEC, where he spearheaded global sales and innovative CX solutions.
