Australia-based telecom Vocus Group targets BPO industry
Melbourne-headquartered international telecommunications company Vocus Group is targeting the Philippines’ robust business process outsourcing (BPO) industry as it builds out its capabilities in the country. The company recently appointed Natalie Davies as its Philippines manager, with the task of running on-the-ground retail operations in the country, which a specific focus on BPO and service delivery.
Davies, who previously held the position of general manager of customer service, will relocate to Manila from company headquarters in Melbourne and will also be responsible for managing internal and external relationships related to the Philippines. Vocus employs more than 5,000 people across Australia, New Zealand, and the Philippines.
