Avantive Solutions expanding to SA, to partner with Outworx
Global technology and business services company Avantive Solutions announced that it will expand its operations in South Africa (SA) through a new partnership with Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) provider Outworx Contact Center.
This collaboration is expected to generate job opportunities for the city of Durban as Avantive expands its global customer base.
The new SA center’s talented English-speaking teams are forecasted to be a competitive alternative to the Philippine market and other offshore destinations that are providing inbound and outbound sales support, lead generation, and customer service.
As a result of this expansion, Avantive is now offering contact center support in four global regions across the world — namely in North America, Latin America, Asia, and Africa.
