Avaya platform to integrate with Zoom Workplace

CALIFORNIA, UNITED STATES — Avaya, a provider of business communications systems and managed IT services, has partnered with Zoom Workplace to integrate with its Communication & Collaboration Suite.
The integration will streamline customers’ communications environments and workflows. Avaya will also offer the integrated Zoom Workplace solution to its enterprise customer base.
The initiative aims to meet firms’ demand for harnessing the latest AI-powered technologies to boost productivity with minimal disruption.

As part of the deal, Avaya customers will gain access to Zoom AI Companion, Zoom’s generative AI digital assistant, as well as collaboration solutions like Zoom Team Chat, Zoom Scheduler, Zoom Whiteboard, and flexible spaces.
The partnership promises interoperability between platforms and devices, enabling users to work in Zoom Workplace while leveraging their existing investments in Avaya’s solutions.

The new integrated Avaya and Zoom Workplace experience will be available globally to Avaya customers in the coming months. Details will be disclosed later this spring.
