Bacolod schedules vaccination for BPO graveyard employees

The Bacolod City government is finalizing its plans to schedule a COVID-19 vaccination program for Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) employees who are working on the night shift.
Mayor Evelio Leonardia has already instructed the Emergency Operations Center-Task Force (EOC-TF) to implement this inoculation drive to help speed up the vaccination for as many residents as possible.
In a released statement, Leonardia noted the importance of the BPO industry to their city’s economy “that is why we are targeting those in the evening or graveyard shift. We saw their enthusiasm to get vaccinated so we will go out of our way to serve (them).”
EOC-TF executive director Em Ang announced that the on-site vaccination for call center workers will be scheduled from 8 pm to 4 am.
