BBC Global Services rebrands as snapscale, expands BPO services

NEW JERSEY, UNITED STATES — BBC Global Services has rebranded into snapscale, marking a new chapter in its business process outsourcing (BPO) journey.

The company has also unveiled a new website, www.snapscale.com, reflecting its enhanced focus on Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA)-compliant virtual assistance and BPO services for small and medium-sized businesses.

Strategic rebranding and service expansion

President and CEO Mike Yablonowitz, expressed his enthusiasm about the transition, stating, “After several years of organic growth, numerous client partnerships, and expanded service offerings, we have transformed into a focused BPO.”

“This is a watershed moment for our company, our team, and the clients we proudly serve and partner with,” he added.

The company’s new identity, including a new logo designed to symbolize scalability, encapsulates snapscale’s commitment to helping clients efficiently augment their staffing needs and grow their businesses.

“We chose snapscale after conducting a large focus group, as it aligns perfectly with our concierge-style approach to helping clients scale and augment their staff quickly,” Yablonowitz added.

“The logo was specifically designed to resemble a scaling tool—you can grab both ends and pull it, symbolizing the effort required to scale.”

Snapscale’s website redesign features simplified navigation and updated capabilities, making it easier for prospective clients to explore service offerings that best meet their business requirements. This move aligns with the increasing demand for reliable human capital and cost-effective, efficient workflow solutions in the competitive small and medium-sized businesses (SMB) market.

Global reach and expertise of snapscale

Operating out of the Philippines, India, and the United States, snapscale has been a provider of specialized, off-shore support for SMBs, particularly within healthcare and medical specialties.

It was founded in 2017 and has since grown into a preferred BPO provider by adopting a people-first philosophy and maintaining a hands-on approach to client success.

The company is subscribed to the Outsource Accelerator (OA) Source Partner Program, a powerful tool that helps BPO firms with marketing, sales, and business intelligence.

With its rebranded platform, snapscale continues to position itself as a robust partner for businesses aiming to scale, save, and succeed in today’s dynamic market landscape.
