Beyondsoft acquires 4MSTech

SAO PAULO, BRAZIL — Chinese information technology services company Beyondsoft has acquired Brazilian company 4MSTech as part of its global expansion strategy.
Christiano Knott, executive director of Beyondsoft, says the decision is based on Brazil’s strategic position as the largest economy in the region and a huge supplier center of talent.
“We chose 4MSTech because it is an ethical, successful company, well established in the market and which, like us, has Microsoft as its main strategic partner. We believe that both companies have a synergy in terms of valuing professionals, involving leadership and customer satisfaction, which in terms of services is a great differentiator,” Knott explained.
4MSTech provides Microsoft cloud solutions, code development, cloud security, and data center migration. Founded seven years ago, the company has been improving with a focus on organizational climate and people management.
Beyondsoft has a 30,000-strong workforce in 14 countries, including the Americas, Europe, Asia, and Africa. It aims to expand its business in Asia, Europe, and South America, with Brazil as its starting point. Beyondsoft’s customers include GE, Samsung, Bank of Singapore, Airbnb, Roche, Toyota, and Apple.
