Bluehex acquires 1Call, expands in NZ

WELLINGTON, NEW ZEALAND — Information Technology (IT) company Bluehex has announced the acquisition of 1Call, marking a significant expansion within New Zealand’s IT industry. The amount of the deal was not disclosed.
The acquisition will result in the full integration of 1Call’s staff and clientele into Bluehex. 1Call is a Canada-based IT company specializing in Microsoft Cloud, Android, and computer solutions.

1Call marks the first acquisition of Bluehex, according to Crunchbase. Bluehex has been assisting companies in managing and optimizing their IT since it was founded in 2014. Bluehex handled technical leadership and cyber security for New Zealand’s 2020 General Election.
