From brand ambassador to C-suite
Rea joined Boomering in January 2022 during a key growth phase and quickly became a central figure in expanding the company’s mission—helping businesses scale through values-aligned offshore staffing in the Philippines.
Recognized by peers for his high-trust approach and straight-talking style, Rea’s reputation grew as he spoke at international industry events under the dual title of “co-owner and Brand Ambassador,” championing Boomering’s vision in markets like Australia, New Zealand, North America, and the United Kingdom.
