Boomi unveils AI to boost integration

PENNSYLVANIA, UNITED STATES — Boomi, a connectivity and automation provider, introduced Boomi GPT to accelerate integration and automation using generative artificial intelligence (AI).
Unveiled at the Silicon Valley Boomi World Tour, Boomi GPT is the first offering in Boomi‘s new AI suite.
With worldwide IT spending projected at $3.25 trillion in 2023, businesses urgently need to modernize systems and transform digitally. However, progress stalls due to data silos, governance issues, skills gaps, and changing security needs.
“With Boomi AI, organizations can dramatically accelerate and democratize this work, turning natural language requests into integrations and connections that are critical for application modernization and cloud migration,” said Ed Macosky, Chief Product and Technology Officer at Boomi.
Drawing on insights from over 200 million integrations, Boomi GPT lets users instruct the AI using natural language to swiftly connect apps, data, processes, people, and devices.
Acting as an assistant, Boomi GPT generates draft integrations, APIs, and data models. Users can accept or modify the drafts, greatly speeding up development.
Boomi, a global SaaS company, provides integration platform as a service (iPaaS) solutions to a vast customer base and partner network of around 800, including Accenture, Capgemini, Deloitte, SAP, and Snowflake.
Boomi joins other tech giants like Google and Microsoft that have already launched their respective AI-powered tools.
