MAKATI, PHILIPPINES —  Booth & Partners has officially rebranded to Booth, marking a pivotal evolution in its decade-long journey to redefine outsourcing. The company said the new name represents a bigger mission to drive “growth without compromise” by prioritizing people, culture, and sustainability alongside global business expansion.

The company previously ranked #127 in the OA500 2025, an objective index of the world’s top 500 outsourcing companies. 

A new name for a bigger purpose

Booth & Partners have been transforming the outsourcing industry for over a decade, and in doing so, they have built a strong foundation based on “people-powered, purpose-led and trust.” 

The rebranding is a combination of a new look and a new philosophy that highlights the company’s dedication to human-centered growth.

“The shorter name reflects something bigger,” Booth said in its announcement. “It reminds us that while our business has grown, our core belief hasn’t changed: growth should never come at the expense of people, culture, or the planet.”

Booth has acquired the status of a Certified B Corporation at the start of the year, thus becoming a part of a vast community of businesses all over the world which go through strict evaluations in the areas of social and environmental impact. The acknowledgment strengthens Booth’s image as a socially responsible outsourcing partner that incorporates ethical standards into its worldwide operations.

Co-Founder Carmen Booth emphasized that their approach isn’t just about efficiency. “Growth Without Compromise isn’t a tagline — it’s our promise. Whether it’s a single hire in Manila or Bogotá, or a global expansion across 100+ countries, we make growth possible without losing what matters most,” she said.

Global reach and human touch

Booth operates major talent hubs in the Philippines and Colombia and offers hiring capabilities in more than 100 countries. The firm’s new visual identity featuring a logo inspired by a fingerprint, symbolizes individuality and the collective impact of every employee and client.

The launch of its new website, hirebooth.com, showcases Booth’s global services, its B Corp journey, and its growing commitment to responsible scaling in a rapidly evolving outsourcing landscape.

Booth’s rebranding illustrates a wider transition in the outsourcing sector, in which the factors of ethical growth, sustainability, and employee well-being are starting to be regarded as very important along with cost and performance. 

Booth’s “growth without compromise” philosophy, which was developed in the arena of increasing competitors worldwide, allows it to be counted among the new breed of outsourcing firms that demonstrate the co-existence of profitability and purpose and their mutual strengthening.
