5 BPO, consulting firms shine in Australia’s 2025 AFR Fast 100 list

SYDNEY, AUSTRALIA — Australia’s outsourcing and professional services sector is marking another milestone this year, with five business process outsourcing (BPO) and consulting firms securing spots on the Australian Financial Review’s (AFR) Fast 100 list for 2025.
The recognition places these companies among the nation’s fastest-growing enterprises, highlighting their expanding global footprint, strong client demand, and resilience despite economic headwinds.
Outsourcing firms drive high growth in Australia
Three pure-play outsourcing firms — ConnectOS, Platinum Outsourcing, and Satellite Office — reinforced the strength of the Philippines–Australia outsourcing corridor with standout rankings and growth rates.
ConnectOS, which landed at #37 with a three-year compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 65.28%, celebrated its fourth consecutive appearance on the list.
In a statement shared on Facebook, the company said the recognition “reflects our steady growth, our people-focused culture, and the strong partnerships we’ve built over the years,” and thanked its “team, clients, and partners.”
Platinum Outsourcing performed even stronger, ranking #30 with a CAGR of 69.69%.
The company called the milestone a major win, stating, “We did it. We have made it onto the Australian Financial Review Fast 100… the second highest ranked outsourcing company on the list!”
Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Dale Pearce noted this year marks its first entry into the Fast 100 after previous appearances as a Fast Starter, adding, “The journey continues!”
Satellite Office secured #99, backed by a 25.07% CAGR and five consecutive years on the Fast 100.
The firm said the recognition “represents more than commercial performance. It reflects the strength of our operating model, the quality of our people, and the trust our clients place in us year after year.”
Its message also emphasized that “sustainable growth doesn’t happen by accident,” crediting long-term partnerships and a resilient team.
ConnectOS, Platinum Outsourcing, and Satellite Office are all currently subscribed to the Outsource Accelerator (OA) Source Partner Program, a powerful tool that helps business process outsourcing (BPO) firms with marketing, sales, and business intelligence.
Consulting and tech-driven firms join Fast 100
Beyond outsourcing providers, three consulting-driven firms — Customer Science, Sententia Consulting, and GYRO.Group — also made the list, reflecting the wider rise in digital, customer experience, and creative technology services.
Customer Science, ranked #53 with a 52.75% CAGR, emphasized how its holistic approach fuels success.
“This accolade is thanks to our focus on people, processes and technology in bringing customer and digital vision outcomes to life… and allows us to reinvest for growth in our business and people,” said CEO Todd Gorsuch.
Sententia Consulting placed #45 with a 60.20% CAGR, marking a major milestone for the firm that grew from a two-person operation in 2020 to surpassing $10 million in revenue.
The company said the achievement is “a testament to the talent, hard work and dedication of all of our staff,” while extending “a heartfelt thank you to our clients for your ongoing trust and partnership.”
Industry milestone reflects outsourcing’s rising role
The presence of six firms from the outsourcing and consulting space in this year’s AFR Fast 100 underscores a broader shift: Australian companies continue to deepen their reliance on flexible, globalized service models.
The performance of ConnectOS, Platinum Outsourcing, and Satellite Office shows that the outsourcing industry remains a strategic pillar for scaling operations and optimizing talent.
Meanwhile, the growth of consulting and tech-enabled firms points to rising demand for specialized expertise and digital transformation.
Their combined success is the picture of a sector that is growing up, broadening its horizon, and getting more involved in the economic growth storyline of Australia, as the priorities of global firms in the coming years continue to be mostly on efficiency, capability, and innovation.
