BPO firm OP360 donates to a SPED school in PH
Global business process outsourcing (BPO) provider OfficePartners360 (OP360) recently donated money to a Philippine special education center as part of its Adopt-a-School Program, said Chief Administrative Officer David Highbloom.
With the company’s Global Social Responsibility, OP360 recently ran the program to give a financial donation to a beneficiary school in the country.
Among the eight nominated schools in Cebu, Don Vicente Rama Memorial Elementary School – Special Education Center ultimately received the grant.
Highbloom said that the OP360 Management Team voted for Don Vicente because the school focuses on children with special needs. The center will use the grant to purchase multimedia projectors, television sets, a new sound system, etc., to help their students.
Further, all eight nominees received multiple computers. OP360 is hopeful that the donation will help struggling students who have been affected by the pandemic..
