BPO services expected to grow by 5.2%
The forecast for the global software and BPO services market grew to US$ 2498. 71 billion in 2021 from $2376. 31 billion last year, resulting in a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 5.2%.
The software and BPO services market is predicted to reach $3837.1 billion in 2025 with an 11% CAGR.
This is according to market research website ResearchAndMarkets.com’s recently-released “Software and BPO Services Global Market Report 2021: COVID-19 Impact and Recovery to 2030” report.
The report further revealed that the increase is mainly due to the operational shift – such as remote work and hybrid work arrangements– and the recovery of different companies from the COVID-19 pandemic.
